Godvertising - Church Signs Funny

Came across this from reading This-is-True. It's a website of those church ssigns with sayings and slogans on them. Some are pretty good.

God wants spiritual fruits, not religious nuts!

GNUWin II online Version :: GNUWin -- Open your Windows !

Dang! Someone else has always done what I think needs doing!

This site has "Open Source" programs for Windows that can make it possible to load up a machine with all the tools (and games) that could be needed without spending anything. A whole CDs worth of programs. You can download it and burn it or buy a mailed CD from this site.

If you prefer you can look through the programs on the CD and just download them individually.

Well worth the look! Five stars from me!

Pluck Community Forums

Just thought I'd add this, the Forum support for Pluck.
Pluck RSS Reader: Retrieve news from favorite sites While I personally like the online reader concept this program has real promise too!

It requires Win 2000 or better though, Win 98 is out of luck here.

[Whole Wheat Radio - Home]

This has become a favorite Radio station of mine. I learned of it by chance from Bloglines I think.

It's from Talkeetna Alaska and in addition to playing independant artist it's website is interactive, you can give immediate feedback about artists and the music. Lots of fun!

I'm moving to Mandrake Linux!

After years of thinking about it and slowly learning it I am going to move to Linux. MS Windows is just too bug ridden and the support and cost of support is too much. I like the forums for Linux and the idea that folks worldwide are using it and supporting each other.

I'm looking forward to this!
